At Stringtown Soap Company, every product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the nature of our bath, body, and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene safety reasons.

Returns:

1. Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

2. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
